The backup data for Optima, Sports Refund, and Chubb software tools are managed by the underlying third party service provider and are not accessible to Optima, Sports Refund, and Chubb directly. For personal information retained in Optima, Sports Refund, and Chubb software tools (if any), Optima, Sports Refund, and Chubb can remove the personal information upon your email request to privacyrequest@sportsrefund.com.
